We wish to remind our fellow Fairfield Bay Lions of our Thanksgiving/Christmas dinner to be served at the Lions Den on Thursday, November 14. Doors will open at 5 p.m. and a delicious buffet dinner will be served at 5:30 p.m. with entertainment to follow. This is the time of the year to give special thanks to all our fellow Lions who have volunteered their services this year at pancake breakfasts and dinners, working bingo, collecting glasses and cans to be recycled and other events in our effort to follow our motto of “We Serve.” Thanks to our elected officers and board members for all they do in guiding our club and to all those who have supported the Fairfield Bay Lions in our charitable efforts. The Lions will be taking a holiday break and will resume our regular 2nd and 4th Thursday meetings the 2nd week of February. BINGO will resume sometime in early 2014 and more information will be published once dates and times are decided upon by the board and bingo committee.
