Recipe of the Month: Salmon


If you want a centerpiece dish that commands your dinner guests’ attention, try salmon. One of the most versatile proteins to work with in the kitchen, it’s delicious and universally loved. You won’t fall short on ways to enjoy this flavorful and delicious fish.

5 – 6 oz. salmon fillet per person
2 oz. butter or oil
Seasoning of choice


Melt butter in skillet over medium high heat
Season both sides of fillet
Put fillet in skillet with melted butter (be sure to put in away from you to prevent hot butter from splattering on you)
Cook salmon 3 – 4 minutes on side 1; turn fillet over and cook an additional 3 – 4 minutes or until desired doneness
