Golf season is right around the corner. The best thing to help ones golf game is by working out. Core, back, legs, and shoulder rotation is a major part to the swing. Strengthening those areas will help to improve the swing and golf game. The Hart Center will be having a golf strength training clinic for the month of February and March. The clinic will be held every Tuesday starting February 5, 2013 from 3-4pm, and will end the last Tuesday in March. The fee for this clinic is $100.00.
