Fairfield Bay Chamber Area “After Hours” Huge Success!!!

Sock Hop

Indian Rock Village Retirement Center hosted the “50s” “After Hours” on January 31, 2013. Tara Morgan, Activities Director did a great job on the decorations. Residents helped with the coke floats used as centerpieces. Everyone loved the 50s theme and music. Staff members dressed in 50s clothes (poodle skirts, etc.) to go with the theme. Celle Newsome, associate member, introduced new chamber members; Tammy Landry, Mid Arkansas Security and Darla Dunemn and Evelyn McCool with “Tidy 4 You”. New members spent a few minutes discussing their business. Alison Parks, Social Director discussed Medicare, Part A, B, C and D. Attendees participated in a Question & Answer session during the presentation and were invited to take literature home to assist with providing additional information. The event included appetizers of sliders, fries with chili and cheese, drinks and ice cream sundies. Thanks so much to the Indian Rock Village for hosting.
