First and foremost we want to give a HUGE thank you to everyone who came to our Mid-Winter Bash! We were astounded by the turnout and it surpassed our expectations and for that we are extremely grateful for all of your support! And because we appreciate your patronage so much, Little Red will be creating another event for you in the month of September, so stay tuned! Aside from that, Little Red’s busy season is in sight and we would like to keep the community informed on all of our upcoming activities so that you may join us on what the Little Red is all about…comfy, casual dining, friendly staff, and of course delicious cuisine.
After more than a decade, the city of Fairfield Bay is bringing back the tradition of an Easter Sunday Sunrise Service taking place at the beautiful Indian Hills Cave March 27 at 7:30 a.m. In conjunction with this ceremony, Little Red will be having an Easter Brunch buffet from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. that will have an excellent variety of breakfast, lunch, and some Easter dinner favorites. Please call for reservations 884-3800 and come in and feast your heart out on this special day of worship!
As many of you know, the Community Club and The Little Red took charge of creating a new facility/restaurant last year on the Racquet Club Pool premises, thus the Cool Pool Café was born.
After a trial and error first season, our staff has returned back to the drawing board equipped with all of your input and feedback on how The Cool Pool can be improved to better serve the community of our beloved city of Fairfield Bay, both locals and timeshare residents alike. We look forward to bringing you a fresh, 180° take on this restaurant establishment including a new menu, new hours, and altered atmosphere for the whole family to enjoy! The Cool Pool Café opening day will be May 1st with a grand opening bash to follow two weeks later (date still pending). So come join us this season for a fun and friendly dining experience that will satisfy all of your senses!
Five years ago Deb Ivanor & Jeannie Stone accomplished the near impossible in the business world, created a restaurant from scratch and kept it thriving to this day. These two ladies haven’t been your average restaurant owners over the years. They have poured blood, sweat, and countless hours of backbreaking work in order to build a reputation for their establishment, The Little Red Restaurant. They aren’t the ones to sit back and give orders to their employees but the ones to jump in the line of fire right along with them during a chaotic dinner rush and help in every means possible. They are the ones to put Little Red’s name out to the public, on any form of advertisement available to bring people in and experience what they have formed to be the best eatery in the Bay area. They have gone above and beyond where many would have given up on keeping a restaurant alive and successful and have gained respect from both the Bay community and the surrounding areas. This spring though, they will be passing the torch with all of their knowledge on the ins and outs of running a successful restaurant to Laurie Murray (Kitchen Operations) and Danielle Avrett (Service Operations). Although we have big shoes to fill we want to live up to the reputation these two have created for The Little Red. We plan to strive for their same goal, creating a casual upscale dining experience that welcomes everyone to eat, drink, and be merry! We hope to see all of you join us at Little Red for years to come for all of your friends and family gatherings, catering, special parties, or even a quiet dinner for two! Thank you all for the highly appreciated support!
