WeightWatchers Stop Dieting Start Living

May 6, 2014 By Dan Feuer

Did the long “stay indoors” winter take a toll on your eating habits? If so, now is the time to nip those bad habits in the bud. The WeightWatchers motto is “your new beginning starts here,” so now is a good time to think about adopting some good lifetime habits. In just a few short weeks you will see results in your breathing, the way you walk and your ease in bending over as well as new readings on the scale.
The WeightWatchers class meets every Monday at the Hart Center with a motivational, educational meeting at 5:30 p.m. and weigh-in at 5 p.m. Learn about “Simple Start,” a new way to lose weight without counting points. The foods you choose from the “Simple Start” list help you fill up faster, stay fuller and avoid the types of foods that lead to overeating.
For those of you who are e-savvy, WeightWatchers members now have access to the “Monthly Pass” payment plan which includes e-tools and cool apps for your mobile devices. It’s the best bargain and free registration!
No need to make reservations; just come to the next meeting to learn more or you may call the instructor, Alicia at 723-4380 or 253-1545.
