Caring for a person who suffers from Alzheimer’s Disease or a related dementia is a 24/7 commitment, often full of frustration. Many have found it helps to meet with others who understand that frustration. It helps to hear what has helped others in a like situation. It helps to hear about the latest medical information. It helps to get information about available help. A support group for persons who care for Alzheimer’s patients meets the third Wednesday of each month at Indian Rock Village. The next meeting will be at 2:00 p.m. on June 19, 2013. For information call Nancy Johnson, 884-6728.
