Ozark Health Expansion Open House

June 11, 2013 By Dan Feuer

DSC_0023

On June 2, Ozark Health Medical Center held an Open House to showcase the expansion of medical facilities, give tours of the facility, and inform the public of the services provided there.  Over 100 members of the community along with several members of various boards were in attendance.  The event began at 1:30 with the unveiling of a plaque by Ozark Health CEO David Deaton, honoring those who put so much time and effort into the expansion of the facility.  The event also took those in attendance on a tour of the newly remodeled areas, which include Radiology (including the new MRI suite), new conference areas, the Chapel, Physical Therapy, Outpatient and Clinical areas, Surgery, and the Chemotherapy suite.  The newly remodeled and expanded Emergency Department was also scheduled for the public to see but that area was unavailable for a tour due to the high volume of patients.  Though the event is over but Ozark Health still offers tours of the facility to anyone who wishes to learn more about the Medical or Nursing Centers.  To schedule a tour of Ozark Health call 501-745-7000.
