About Us

For the last 5 years, Lake Area Sports has been your home for Greers Ferry Lake Area High School Sports. Lake Area Sports began as a way to bring community and sports together by providing a way for parents and grandparents to watch their student athletes when they could not attend the games. What began with one camera and two crew members has grown to six cameras and a dozen crew members who are passionate about sports and community. Most recently Lake Area Sports was contracted by the Arkansas Activities Association to broadcast the 3A, 2A, and 1A State Basketball Playoffs. Our partnership with the AAA resulted in 1.5 million views of our broadcasts!
