Indian Rock Questers took a trip to Little Rock on Thursday, October 30. Our first stop was the Old State House Museum. There we had a guided tour through Arkansas’s First Families, featuring First Ladies’ Gowns, the original 1836 House of Representatives, history of bicycles exhibit, and an exhibit of the actors/actresses from Arkansas. Next stop was visiting SOMA, South on Main, which is an area that Little Rock is trying to revitalize. We visited the Esse Purse Museum and stopped at a few shops and lunch. On the way home a stop at an antique shop in Greenbriar. Indian Rock Questers would like to thank our bus driver, George Huber, for a great day and arriving safely back at the Bay. Also thanks to friends and new acquaintances that joined us on this bus trip. Everyone had a great time!! If you would like to join our organization or visit one of our meetings , please call Nancy Mueller at 884-6339.
