A familiar face has returned to the ranks of Fairfield Bay Realty, Shirley Johnson, FBR broker, reported this week.
“I am very pleased to welcome Lou Dewberry back to Bay Realty,” Ms. Johnson says. “She brings a wealth of experience to our team, along with a love for the community and all it has to offer visitors and residents.”
Ms. Johnson adds, “Lou knows Fairfield Bay and its residents extremely well. She has been in the area most of her life and was here when the lake began to fill up, and when the first of this community’s streets were being cleared. Few know the Bay as well as Lou, and I’m glad she has decided to come home to us.”
Ms. Dewberry, a 22-year veteran of real estate sales and service, grew up near Clinton where she attended Clinton Schools.
She began her career with Fairfield Bay in 1971 as a front desk clerk and joined the Fairfield Bay Realty team in 1994. She has held many sales positions, her last being in the timeshare division.
Active in the support of Fairfield Bay down through the years, Ms. Dewberry has been an active participant in numerous events and programs in the retirement/resort community. She has worked closely with the Bay’s Chamber of Commerce and continues to assist an every way possible.
“I am extremely happy to be returning to Fairfield Bay Realty,” Lou says. “I have missed my affiliation with the sales team and I can’t think of a better time to return than during the 50th Anniversary Celebration of the found of our community.”
Pointing out she looks forward to promoting the community through her sales position, Ms. Dewberry points out, “I know that, working together, we can continue to grow and help more and more people discover what we already know – Fairfield Bay is beautiful and a safe and healthy place to live.”
