Annexation

December 4, 2018 By Dan Feuer

After listening to concerns at the annexation public hearing and the discussion of alternatives at the subsequent working group session, I believe there may be an alternative compromise solution to city concerns that would not involve annexation. I plan to appoint a task force that will have members from the city council and representatives from the enclaves that were being considered for annexation. The working group meeting planned for Thursday, December 6th at 1 pm is cancelled, and annexation will not be on the agenda for the City Council meeting on Monday December 10th at 7pm.

Regards,
Paul Wellenberger, Mayor
