Van Buren County Master Gardener 2013 Training

Don’t miss this opportunity to become a Master Gardener. Master Gardeners create and tend the beautiful public gardens you see in Van Buren County.

To become a Master Gardener, you must complete 40 hours of training. Once training is completed, you’re required to return 40 volunteer hours to the organization by working on gardening projects, planning events, or creating presentations. Classes are held on Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. November 5 and 9 classes will be conducted at Ozark Folk Center in Mountain View. November 12, 26, and December 3 classes will be held at the Our Town Convention and Visitor Center in Fairfield Bay.

These classes are open to all eligible persons without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, gender, age, disability, marital or veteran status, or any other legally protected status.
