Tai Chi Classes At FFB Senior Center

The energy of Tai Chi is science applied to the human body. This class will teach you how to understand the aspects of Chi, the development, the control and manipulation of force and power it has toward great health applications. You will learn how to activate, cultivate and flow energy into simple and easy to learn Tai Chi postures. This highly refined understanding of force, power and energy can be used with amazing results on many ailments including: Arthritis, Asthma, Bone Loss, Heart Disease, Parkinson’s Disease, Sleep Disorder. Tai Chi is said to improve Balance and Stability, the Immune system, Quality of life, Circulation, Coordination, Flexibility and many more benefits to your health.

The classes are FREE and on Fridays from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
