Early Childhood Training Opportunities

The Cleburne, Van Buren, Stone & Searcy County Cooperative Extension Service will be conducting child care training on Saturday, February 8, 2014 8 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Topics will include: Fun Ways to Teach Math, Color Me Happy, Picky Eating: Bringing Peas and Hominy to the Table, Autism, Playground Safety, Thinking Outside the Box: Higher Order of Thinking Skills for Early Childhood, Building Culturally Sensitive Classrooms, Getting Our Hearts Right: Three Keys to Better Relationships.

Training will be at the Petit Jean Electric Cooperative Community Room located at 270 Quality Drive in Clinton, AR. Classes are offered free of charge. Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are available for a fee of $10. The Best Care will offer you verified training through Traveling Arkansas’ Professional Pathways.
