Business Profile: Fairfield Bay Photography

A month-long Open House in November will celebrate the opening of a new, state-of-the-art photo studio. The Open House will offer free portraits with 4×6” prints (one per family please, to the first 100 visitors) and discounted holiday packages. The official Grand Opening will be December 1, 2013.

The studio, owned by Jeffrey Beer, is located in the Mall, in the same building as Eagle Bank, facing Our Towne Conference & Visitor Center.

Jeff is no stranger to the Bay, hearing news of our events and people over the years from his mother, Mary Alice Beer who is now residing at the Ozark Health Nursing Center in Clinton.

As a US Navy Veteran, Jeff has years of experience in travel, lifestyle, event, real estate and landscape photography, including working as a contract real-estate photographer for, the leading online marketplace for vacation rentals. Coming from a business, photography and Internet marketing background, Jeff has the insight and experience to deliver high quality photography that captures the essence of your personality, your business or your products.

Recently returned to Fairfield Bay from the Philippine Islands, Panama and Thailand, Jeff has identified a photography need and is working hard to fill it, in addition to taking the opportunity to be near his mother.

In this interview with NEWS Editor Dan Feuer, Jeff said, “North Central Arkansas needs a full-service studio, and we aren’t holding back. We have professional studio strobes for formal portraits, glamour and fashion. We have continuous lighting systems for video production and product photography. We have professional printers for prints from 4×6” up to 13×19,” and have partnered with professional printing labs, including MPIX, H&H Color, Miller’s Labs and NationsLab, for complete packages. We offer holiday and greeting cards, framed and floating mounting systems, canvas gallery wraps and prints, press printed marketing materials, and much, much more.”

In addition, the studio has portable, lab-quality dye-sublimation photo printers and portable lighting for events and conferences. Stop by to meet Jeff and see the studio Monday – Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p,m, during November.
