Spicy Asian Shrimp

Shrimp Marinate

2 tablespoon,   Thai Chili Garlic Sauce
2 tablespoon,   Sweet Red Chili Sauce
1/2 teaspoon,   Chopped Thai Basil or Substitute with Fresh Mint Leaves
1/2 teaspoon,   Chopped Garlic Clove
1/2 teaspoon,   Chopped Green Onion
1/2 teaspoon,   Paprika
1/2 teaspoon,   Chopped Parsley
16 Raw Shrimp   Add shrimp to the marinate.  Let it marinate for one hour…at least.  Start to prepare Asian Slaw while the shrimp marinates…

 Asian Slaw

8 oz           Mayonnaise
2 teaspoons    Rice Wine Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon   Chopped Garlic
1/2 teaspoon   Chopped Ginger
1/2 teaspoon   Canola Oil
1/2 teaspoon   Sesame Oil
Whisk all of the together….Add the following to the Asian Dressing:
Julienne:
1/4 cup Jicama
1/4 cup Red Pepper
1/4 cup Yellow Pepper
1/4 cup Daikon Radish
1 teaspoon Chopped Cilantro
1/4 cup Green Onion
Add Julienne Vegetables to the Asian Slaw Dressing…chill for at least 30 minutes

Heat 2 tbsp canola oil in sauté pan, add shrimp, sauté until lightly browned, add remaining marinate to pan and sauté for an additional 2 minutes. Cooked Basmati or Jasmine Rice, about 1/2cup per serving, arrange shrimp, top with Asian Slaw. Enjoy!
